R162212320力士樂導軌滑塊導軌的結構設計

1. 滑動導軌 

三角形導軌:該導軌磨損后能自動補償,故導向精度高。它的截面角度由載荷大小及導向要求而定,一般為90?。為增加承載面積,減小比壓,在導軌高度不變的條件下,采用較大的頂角(110?~120?);為進步導向性,采用較小的頂角(60?)。假如導軌上所受的力,在兩個方向上的分力相差很大,應采用不對稱三角形,以使力的作用方向盡可能垂直于導軌面。 

矩形導軌:優(yōu)點是結構簡單,制造、檢驗和修理方便;導軌面較寬,承載力較大,剛度高,故應用廣泛。但它的導向精度沒有三角形導軌高;導軌間隙需用壓板或鑲條調整,且磨損后需重新調整。 

****形導軌:****形導軌的調整及夾緊較簡便,用一根鑲條可調節(jié)各面的間隙,且高度小,結構緊湊;但制造檢驗不方便,摩擦力較大,剛度較差。用于運動速度不高,受力不大,高度尺寸受限制的場合。 

圓形導軌:制造方便,外圓采用磨削,內孔珩磨可達準確的配合,但磨損后不能調整間隙。為防止轉動,可在圓柱表面開鍵槽或加工出平面,但不能承受大的扭矩。宜用于承受軸向載荷的場合。

兩導軌面間的不平度一般為3微米; 

導軌不直度一般為10-15微米,準確的小于10微米。 

轉動體的直徑差,對于一般的導軌,全部轉動體的直徑差不大于2微米,每組轉動體的直徑差不大于1微米;對于準確導軌,全部轉動體的直徑差不大于1微米,每組轉動體的直徑差不大于0.5微米; 

滾柱的錐度在滾柱長度范圍內,大小端直徑差小于0.5-1微米; 

表面光潔度通常應刮研;在25?25厘米2內,其接觸斑點為20-25個點,準確的取上限,一般的取下限。

R162212320力士樂導軌滑塊 直線導軌又稱線軌、滑軌、線性導軌、線性滑軌,用于直線往復運動場合,且可以承擔一定的扭矩,可在高負載的情況下實現高精度的直線運動。在大陸稱直線導軌,寶島一般稱線性導軌,線性滑軌。

直線導軌運動的作用是用來支撐和引導運動部件,按給定的方向做往復直線運動。依按摩擦性質而定,直線運動導軌可以分為滑動摩擦導軌、滾動摩擦導軌、彈性摩擦導軌、流體摩擦導軌等種類!≈本軸承主要用在自動化機械上比較多,像德國進口的機床,折彎機,激光焊接機等等,當然直線軸承和直線軸是配套用的。像直線導軌主要是用在精度要求比較高的機械結構上,直線導軌的移動元件和固定元件之間不用中間介質,而用滾動鋼球。

導軌的工作原理可以理解為是一種滾動導引,是由鋼珠在滑塊跟導軌之間無限滾動循環(huán), 從而使負載平臺沿著導軌輕易的高精度線性運動,并將摩擦系數降至平常傳統(tǒng)滑動導引的五十分之一,能輕易地達到很高的定位精度;瑝K跟導軌間末制單元設計,使線形導軌同時承受上下左右等各方向的負荷,專利的回流系統(tǒng)及精簡化的結構設計讓HIWIN的線性導軌有更平順且低噪音的運動。

滑塊-使運動由曲線轉變?yōu)橹本。新的導軌系統(tǒng)使機床可獲得快速進給速度,在主軸轉速相同的情況下,快速進給是直線導軌的特點。直線導軌與平面導軌一樣,有兩個基本元件;一個作為導向的為固定元件,另一個是移動元件。由于直線導軌是標準部件,對機床制造廠來說.較好要做的只是加工一個安裝導軌的平面和校調導軌的平行度。當然,為了保證機床的精度,床身或立柱少量的刮研是必不可少的,在多數情況下,安裝是比較簡單的。作為導向的導軌為淬硬鋼,經精磨后置于安裝平面上。與平面導軌比較,直線導軌橫截面的幾何形狀,比平面導軌復雜,復雜的原因是因為導軌上需要加工出溝槽,以利于滑動元件的移動,溝槽的形狀和數量,取決于機床要完成的功能。例如:一個既承受直線作用力,又承受顛覆力矩的導軌系統(tǒng),與僅承受直線作用力的導軌相比.設計上有很大的不同。

直線導軌系統(tǒng)的固定元件(導軌)的基本功能如同軸承環(huán),安裝鋼球的支架,形狀為“v”字形。支架包裹著導軌的頂部和兩側面。為了支撐機床的工作部件,一套直線導軌至少有四個支架。用于支撐大型的工作部件,支架的數量可以多于四個。

機床的工作部件移動時,鋼球就在支架溝槽中循環(huán)流動,把支架的磨損量分攤到各個鋼球上,從而延長直線導軌的使用壽命。為了消除支架與導軌之間的間隙,預加負載能提高導軌系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性,預加負荷的獲得.是在導軌和支架之間安裝超尺寸的鋼球。鋼球直徑公差為?20微米,以0.5微米為增量,將鋼球篩選分類,分別裝到導軌上,預加負載的大小,取決于作用在鋼球上的作用力。假如作用在鋼球上的作用力過大,經受預加負荷時間過長,導致支架運動阻力增強,就會出現平衡作用問題;為了提高系統(tǒng)的靈敏度,減少運動阻力,相應地要減少預加負荷
