產(chǎn)品概述

多級(jí)氣液混合泵是一種輸送氣液混合介質(zhì)的特殊離心泵，其特殊的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)可以獲得氣液兩相重復(fù)混合并使液體中的氣體飽和溶解度，而不會(huì)產(chǎn)生氣，該泵在氣浮工藝過程中的應(yīng)用，可以達(dá)到節(jié)能、經(jīng)濟(jì)、穩(wěn)定可靠的效果。

二、特點(diǎn)

1、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，模塊化設(shè)計(jì)；

2、產(chǎn)生的微氣泡平均直徑小于30微米，溶氣水中大含氣量達(dá)到20%；

3、泵的性能在流量變化和氣量波動(dòng)時(shí)穩(wěn)定，為泵的調(diào)節(jié)和氣浮工藝的控制提供了較好的操作條件；

4、工作溫度：-5℃-120℃；

5、流量范圍：0.5-60m³/h。

增加水中的空氣或氧氣含量，用于水體凈化，臭氧混合

備注：

1、表格中的過泵流量按20%-30%的氣浮裝置處理水量考慮，并均已含10-12%的吸氣量。

2、泵的工作壓力不小于4.5bar，微氣泡平均直徑小于30μm。

3、處理水量非常大時(shí)，可以采用多泵并聯(lián)或者多個(gè)氣浮池并聯(lián)。

4、以上泵材料為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)格材料，鑄鐵泵體、青銅合金葉輪、不銹鋼軸。

5、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)格材料：鑄鐵-G25（0.6025），青銅合金-G-CuSn12（2.1052.01），不銹鋼-X22CrNi17（1.4057）。
