張家港江聯(lián)精機(jī)有限公司成立于2005年9月，由寶島江濤機(jī)械工業(yè)有限公司（總公司1980）獨(dú)資，總投入資金900萬美元，有經(jīng)驗(yàn)生產(chǎn)和銷售鋁蜂窩等復(fù)合材料產(chǎn)品。隨著公司營運(yùn)的穩(wěn)健成長，技術(shù)和設(shè)備也不斷地汰舊變新、日益精進(jìn)，為符合廣大的市場需求，并著眼于公司的長遠(yuǎn)佈局規(guī)劃，其后又在寶島成立統(tǒng)成蜂巢應(yīng)用企業(yè)有限公司。江聯(lián)憑借先進(jìn)的自動(dòng)化數(shù)控生產(chǎn)線設(shè)備和航空航天40多年鈑金技術(shù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的高等有經(jīng)驗(yàn)技術(shù)人才，研發(fā)、生產(chǎn)出高品質(zhì)的微孔鋁蜂窩芯、高精度的鋁蜂窩板。并廣泛適用于船舶、汽車、高鐵動(dòng)車、工業(yè)機(jī)械、建筑、電子行業(yè)等。產(chǎn)品的各項(xiàng)性能指標(biāo)通過SGS檢驗(yàn)中心均到達(dá)美國ASTM標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，歐盟的ROHS標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，符合寶島耐燃測試一級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，公司還通過了船級(jí)社ISO9001：2008質(zhì)量體系認(rèn)證和ISO14001：2004環(huán)境管理體系認(rèn)證。 Jianglian (RBTCH) which was founded in September 2005 is a Taiwanese-owned enterprise invested by River Billow Machinery Industries Co., Ltd. which has had professional production and sales experience of aluminum honeycombs (since 1980). With the stable growth of our companies, the techniques and equipment have been continually renewed and improved; therefore, in order to satisfy the demands of the broad market and focus on the company’s long-term business plan, in Taiwan, a new company, TCcore Applied Honeycomb Technology Co., Ltd. was established.With advanced automated CNC production line and equipment, 40 years of aerospace sheet metal and professional technical people, Jianglian develops producing high-quality micro-cell size aluminum honeycomb cores and aluminum honeycomb panels which suit for ships, automobile, high-speed rail vehicles, industrial machinery, construction, electronics industries… etc. The performance of our products tested by SGS are accordance with the United States ASTM standards and European Union ROHS standards; in addition, our aluminum honeycomb panels pass the Flame Retardant Test (first level) in Taiwan, and the company passes ISO9001: 2008, ISO14001 and 2004 Environmental Management System Certification.
