一、開槽參數 (tank set up parameters)
硫酸銅（CuSO4）：10~15g/l
試劑硫酸 Sulfuric acid (Reagent) ： 20～25g/l
DBR-607 ： 35～45g/l
二、控制參數 (coolling parameters)
硫酸銅(CuSO4) ：10～15g/l
游離酸（free acid) ： 18～25g/l
溫度（Temp）： 20～25 ℃
電壓（Voltage）： 12～16V
時間（Time）： 30 s 以上（30S～8min）
三、維護和管理 (maintenance and cool)
1. 每天檢測槽液濃度并按分析結果及時調整，一般情況下每生產一噸料約消耗DBR-607：3~5kg。槽液的總酸度控制在30 ~ 40g/l。

2. 長期生產槽液會有少量沉淀物產生，要定期過濾或倒槽清理沉淀物。不生產時須加蓋槽液以防污染。
